Terms of Service

These Terms govern the rights, obligations and responsibilities between Ongil (the "Company") and users regarding the mobile clicker game Overtime Dungeon (the "Service"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Provision of the Service

  • The Service is free and supported by advertising.
  • The Company may improve or change the Service's content, features, difficulty, ad rewards and other game settings.
  • The Company strives to provide a stable Service, but it may be temporarily interrupted by maintenance, failures or force majeure.

2. License

The Company grants you a limited, non-transferable license to use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes. You must use the Service in compliance with applicable laws and these Terms.

3. Ads and In-Game Rewards

  • The Service includes rewarded ads; interstitial ads may be added in the future.
  • Rewarded ads are watched only when you choose to. If you watch one to the end, you may receive in-game rewards such as double salary, double work-from-home earnings, a resignation-letter refill or work points. No reward is given if the ad fails to load or you do not finish watching it.
  • In-game currencies such as points, salary and gear levels are earned only through gameplay and rewarded ads. Paid purchases (in-app purchases) are not currently offered.
  • In-game currencies and progress have no real monetary value and cannot be exchanged, transferred or refunded. The Company may change how currencies are earned and used for game balance.

4. Leaderboards (Game Center)

  • On iOS, if you are signed in to Game Center, your records (fastest leave time, total salary, best combo, best workday reached) are submitted to Game Center leaderboards and may be shown to other users with your Game Center nickname.
  • Records obtained by abnormal means may be excluded. Apple's terms apply to your use of Game Center.

5. Prohibited Conduct

You must not:

  • Reverse engineer, decompile, modify or otherwise use the Service by abnormal means
  • Use external automation programs, hacks, cheats or device clock manipulation to disrupt the normal operation of the Service or its leaderboards (the in-game "Macro" gear is a normal game feature)
  • Manipulate the ad system or generate invalid traffic
  • Violate applicable laws or these Terms

6. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property in the Service, including graphics, design, music, sound effects, code and trademarks, belongs to the Company or its rightful owners. You may not copy, distribute or create derivative works from them without the Company's prior written consent. Open-source components included in the Service, such as fonts, are subject to their own licenses.

All job titles, characters and companies in the game are fictional and unrelated to any real person or organization.

7. Game Progress

  • Game progress (job rank, salary, workday, gear and teammate levels, etc.) is stored only on your device. It may be lost if you delete the app or change or reset your device; the Company cannot restore it and is not responsible for such loss.

8. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

  • The Service is provided "as is." The Company does not warrant fitness for a particular purpose or uninterrupted, error-free operation.
  • To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company is not liable in connection with this free Service.
  • Matters relating to third-party services (ads, Game Center) are governed by each provider's terms and policies.

9. Changes to These Terms

The Company may change these Terms when necessary and will announce changes on this page. Continuing to use the Service after a change means you agree to the updated Terms.

10. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Disputes relating to the Service are subject to the competent court under applicable law.
